Streameast Live – Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

Streameast Live (“Streameast”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others. We prohibit users from uploading, storing, or distributing any content that infringes the copyright of others.

If you believe that your copyright work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Streameast’s Copyright Agent with the following information:

  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that the content that was removed from the Streameast website was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to Streameast’s Copyright Agent.
